1. Open Remote Desktop Connection
2. Put Computer IP (any computer in network that allowed to remote). Let say 10.21.0.224
3. For credential, select 'Use a different account'
4. Username : put domain username as 'domain\yourusername' .. example : jpa.gov.my\your.username
5. Password : Your currently worked correct password
6. You will be prompted / alerted that your Password has been expired. Asked to change your new pasword.
7. You have to put your new password to change or keep to renew it.
8. And now your account is currently active and here you go as your account has been 'renewed' (password)
