  1. **SILK ROAD BETWEEN ZHINGOKU & VULLSKAAR --- ZHINGOKU TERMS**
  2.
  3. `1. This trade will be between the future Zhingoku Dynasty and Kingdom of Vullskaar`
  4. ```
  5. This means that the Zhingoku Dynasty will set internal trade policy for it's merchants to favor the Vullskaar routes, thus leading to a boon for the Vullskaar economy and Zhingoku economy alike. In return for this wish, the Zhingoku would like to see a tribute of coin from the Vullskaar.
  6. ```
  7.
  8. `2. This will be a non-binding deal`
  9. ```
  10. Any party may back out at any time with a 2 weeks notice to the head of the other faction. During these two weeks, the trading policies will be lifted and guarding of the routes be dropped, as to prepare both sides for a return to the state of trade before the Silk Road.
  11. ```
  12.
  13. `3. Trade lines proven to be raided/sabotaged by any member of these two factions`
  14. ```
  15. In the event that either faction attacks / raids the other faction's asset(s), there first must be evidence provided that establishes that that faction has actually been the attacking party. Once this has been verified, both factions will meet in the attacked faction's capital to conduct a judiciary meeting regarding how the attacker is to be punished.
  16. ```
  17.
  18. `4. Military support and protections for these trade routes are mandatory from both parties`
  19. ```
  20. Imperial forces from Zhingoku and Royal forces from Vullskaar are each responsible in the lands that they operate in. However, to ensure the protection of caravans, it is asked that one day in advance a notice is handed to the other faction, so that military escorts can arrive timely:
  21.
  22. If the caravan is departing Vullskaar lands to Zhingoku lands, the Vullskaar would guard it halfway the journey and meet with the Zhingoku escort, from which point the Zhingoku would escort it to it's destination
  23. ```
