Complaint:
At March 16, 2020, internet to my office is lost due the damage router.
So, as I am the IT staf whose responsible to my office networking system,
I call MyRepublic Customer Service via (+62-021)1500818. The MR CS then
inform me, that the repair is scheduled in March 24, 2020 ... <imagine,
... it is 7-days !!!>
At March 24, 2020, MR technicians come to our office, to do the repair
job. However, they did a FATAL mistake = they replace the current damage
router with another "broken" router. Again, at March 25, 2020, 03:30
morning, the "broken" router they installed getting unstable and halt!
So, I contact again the MR customer service, and again, new repair
is schedule for "April 01, 2020" ... wow ... again, after we lost
internet connection in about 15 days, they (MR) don't even think to
do something much better !
I am waiting until April 01, 2020, until 09:30. I wonder the MR technician
will come at the time, and it seem hopless since the clock showed 10:00.
Then, I contact the CS again and again, and what I got ? CS only inform
me that "Sir, we had made visit to you at March 26, 2020, so bla bla ...".
What ???? At March 26, 2020, none of MR technician visit to my office,
there is no repairing job !!! Is MR technician conducted a fake repairing
job report?
