I have a Benq GL 2450 B monitor. The problem is that the hardware buttons on the side are malfunctioning. The up button works as back button and right arrow button works as back. So, there are no buttons to work like the up and right buttons.
Yesterday, some monitor setting got selected without me even doing anything (might be a circuit problem) So, I need to factory reset the monitor bit sadly, I cannot do it since I cannot get into that particular menu.
I could not find any software that would do the work of the hardware buttons.
