  1. Here is some quick observations for you:
  2.
  3. You write a lot of text. Consider the time someone spends on your page to be very limited, if it takes more than 3 minutes to read everything, they won't read everything.
  4.
  5. You write about your pros and cons, but the reader is not interested in that, they want to understand the value you can add ( remember: show that you are a solution to their problem).
  6.
  7. What you want to advertise are your qualities, not your flaws. You will have ample opportunity to talk about your flaws later.
  8.
  9. Consider contracting your text to only the useful bits. This is important because you will also be expected to do that in your documentation work.
  10.

  13.         My Pros & Cons
  14.
  15.         They are not written in any particular order (Might change later)
  16.
  17.         I don't give up easily, I will always try to accomplish the task at hand and I do this by asking for help, feedback and sometimes just by slamming my head against the wall until it works.
  18.
  19.         I like to see myself as a fast learner, I do my best to avoid narrow minded thinking and I'm always open towards critique and feedback, even if it can be unexpected, rude or not properly structured, I will always do my best to see what the feedback provider is trying to convey. In essence, as one of my teachers put it " You're very malleable  "
  20.
  21.         I'm never satisfied with my own work, no matter the compliments or praise, I can't ever seem to be satisfied with what I do. This drives me forward, this makes me willing to struggle and push through and beyond, to always improve what I do and how I do it.
  22.
  23.         When working in groups, I tend to always get the leadership role pushed on me when the roles are not predefined by our teachers. This is something that I dislike due to the pressure and expectations that I put on myself, but it is also something that I prefer.
  24.         You see, if I'm the only person that can take the blame, I love it. But if someone else has a responsibility and they can be held accountable, it messes with me, deeply. I'm not trying to say that I can't function without being in a leading position, but I will subconsciously doubt people who are in charge, I want them to be good, I want them to know what they're doing. Because then I can trust them.
  25.

  34.         * Feedback Culture - I will ask for, digest, and apply feedback, and strive to give constructive feedback in turn.
  35.         * Malleable Generalist - I will grow in the direction you need me to, I enjoy all parts of my profession equally,
  36.         * Backseat Leader - I will take initiative when leadership is required, and take a back seat when it is not.
