Japan's export of oil items completed 2.56 million barrels over October 10-16, down 5.2% from 2.70 million barrels in the previous week, data launched Wednesday by the Petroleum Organization of Japan revealed. The decrease in the oil items exports were mainly credited to decreased exports of gasoil and also reduced sulfur gas oil in the week finished October 16. Gasoline exports can be found in at 323,522 barrels in the week over October 10-16, up more than 10 times from 31,216 barrels of the electric motor fuel in the previous week. Japan exported 266,310 barrels of kerosene-- which has comparable specifications to jet fuel-- in the week over October 10-16, while there was no record of exports of the center extract in the previous week.
