Step 1: Find an account that has mixed letters as Oh allah help me.

Let the name for example hsfydgfgsdfg. The name is at the top of the account not the username.
         Most people when they do accounts with rare usernames just put random words as the email when they sign up. For example if the email they sign up is [email protected] the name of the account should sky be hsfydgfgsdfg unless they change the name.
         Not every person changes it so you can find an account like that.

 
 Step 2: Go to sign up and click sign up with an email. Try every email provider until you find which email is signed up. For example if the accounts name is hsfydgfgsdfg you will try to sign up with [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc..
        For example the email that is already signed up is [email protected] (If you wonder how you will find which email is signed up, there is a message thats going to pop up telling you this email is already signed up.


 Step 3: Now go make an email with the email provider that is signed up for example the email signed up to the account is [email protected]. So you go to the email provider which can be gmail, yahoo, outlook, hotmail.. 
         Then you create that email and click reset password. Tiktok should send you an email to reset your password.


Boom you just jacked an account.rain over me.
