https://www.web-timo.de/forwarding.php?url=http://nudist-video.net and Feminism Continued: In my last post, I discussed a feminist blog about naturism, Go Nude; it is great for everybody (but particularly for girls) by CP Reece. Reece concludes her bit by discussing society's overall disconcerting malaise in regards to nudity and what we may do to change that. She says, Naturists are often handled as homosexual folks used to be.. How's that for some view? Are naturists as repressed as girls once were? As homosexual people once were? Can we really make that comparison? But there are some similarities in how gay people and naturists are viewed by society. Naturists are frightened to come out with their friends and families and feel a need to hide behind pseudonyms and different profiles because of their naturist identity. They fear companies or job recruiters firing or not hiring them because of it. They're treated unjustly by police and the law. Naturists are denied the right to go bare in public and even on their own property if visible to others, because someone might get offended or upset. They may be labeled perverts, swingers, and exhibitionists as well as harmful to kids. If http://kworks.com/__media__/js/netsoltrademark.php?d=nudist-video.net are a naturist, you have likely spent much time and energy attempting to dispel the misconceptions and puritan attitudes towards nudity (see: Shit Clothed Folks Say). But Reece says rationality and argument / sway mightn't be enough anymore. If we're eventually going to get equal rights like everyone else, we want radical activity! And I think it is safe to say that we're much behind in America compared to many European states. The Supreme Court is currently inhabiting itself counting how many seconds a butt can be shown on cable TV. Most of our World Naked Bike Riders can not really be naked. Nudity is assumed to be allowed for the benefit of protest or art, but arrests, fines and court dates will really ensue if you check it out. No topless beaches. Guys attained the right to go topless in public in the 1930s. (But even when it IS legal, you can still get detained. See: my Wall Street experience.) Look at that wonderful piece of jewelry she had on! And I genuinely hope he does! (If not for a nudism triumph, then for the sake of challenging them basing his guilt off of an unknown distressed female victim.) Regardless, I think we need more activists like Nigel to push the envelope for naturists' rights! Some might say Nigel's activities were over the line, offensive and forcing his naturist beliefs on people. (Are not clothed people forcing their beliefs on us?) I think he is a great activist and will hopefully help naturists obtain the right to hike bare, which can ben't prohibited there in the first place! Of course he gets fined anyhow because he's breaking the rules (Nudity rule #518: Thou shalt not reveal thy manhood on a nature trail). Reece says she'll be going unclothed in her garden, at the sand and wherever she can. Within NY I'll be going naked or topfree wherever I will! In addition , I want to share this quote from the Nurba blog: "It is amusing, is not it? Funny that we can boost the right to be nude, to appreciate our body, to feel freedom, all from the comfort of our home. And we can pretend to disregard the notion of shame, all the while we tuck ourselves away into the most distant corners, into the forest, into the desert, in our own house, where nobody will find us. We haven't fought for our rights, we've only found locations where they aren't challenged. http://nationalretireehealthaccess.com/__media__/js/netsoltrademark.php?d=nude-beach.net haven't shown that we feel no shame, in fact we've established the exact opposite, that we don't have the nerve to be blunt, that we're complacent living secretly amongst everyone else: we have proven that there is shame where there should be none. People fear what they do not know, and we've nearly intentionally denied them the comprehension of nudity that we've always known." - Nurba A call to action! Does this describe most nudists and naturists? Are we being all too complacent and close, perpetuating the nudity-is-black mindset? He's appropriate, it really is easy to be complacent, quiet and go unclothed where it's not challenged. But you want to challenge individuals and society. To all of you reading this, I motivate you to push the envelope. To defy cultural standards. To dismiss what society lets you know to look like and only be as you're. To get radical. Women, to challenge patriarchal rules and put down that magazine telling you to diet diet diet, purchase a lot of make-up, and obsess about your looks / body. http://citycar.com/__media__/js/netsoltrademark.php?d=wnude.com of distracting women from their true power. To talk to as numerous others as possible about naturism. Hell, just use the naked beach and visit naturist clubs, resorts and campgrounds to support them. It is virtually topless time. Who's with me? Springtime is just about arrived, and summer will closely follow!
