  2.  Regarding the relationship between anxiety and the quality of sleep for burn patients, this research sought to check the effect of aromatherapy massage with essential oils of chamomile and lavender. The study found that the burn patients had a better sleep quality as well as better physical well-being after an aromatherapy session. The result was detected using a double-blind, randomized design. Two groups of twelve burned patients have been provided a session of aromatherapy massage and a control group of twelve nonburn patients.
