  1. Purchasing from this seller was a complete nightmare from start to finish.
  2. First after I purchased it they message me and say "Do you need the quest by a certain time?"
  3. Which was already a massive red flag and I should have canceled by then because of how unprofessional that was,
  4. but I honestly did not need it in any rush so I said whenever is fine as long as its within the time Mercari allows.
  5. So 5 days later they message again and ask if its fine if they send the extra battery/headstrap in a seperate box which
  6. I said is is fine as long as they provide both tracking numbers. The next day they say "Sorry for the confusion, it will
  7. be coming in one box."
  8. Then 6 days ago they message again and state "I am so sorry I forgot to factory reset so when you get the quest can you
  9. look up how to factory reset the Vr please" So I told them its no problem and I will reset the headset once I receive it.
  10. They said "Thank you so much. I’m so sorry." Finally fast forward to today, and the headset arrives, first thing I notice is,
  11. remember that battery pack/strap the seller mentioned? Guess what, its not in the box. I guess by "It will fit in one box"
  12. they meant "I removed items that you paid for to make it fit in once box" The controller is missing the original battery covers,
  13. instead it has aftermarket controller grips that has covers built into them. The aftermarket grips are filthy.
  14. The controllers are pretty filthy, the headset itself is clean but has smudges of what looks like green paint on the front.
  15.  And the strap is also, as you can probably guess, filthy.
  16. Anyways all of that would NEVER be enough to make me leave a one star review,
  17. but what finally pushed me over the edge was when the seller messaged me one final time stating:

  19.  "Please please please factory reset the headset my friends are saying you haven’t I am going to put a password until you do"

  21. Are you serious? I haven't even had gotten off work yet to had known the package even arrived. They took so long to ship my package,
  22. but I'm supposed to be waiting on their beck and call to reset their headset that they were to negligent to resetbefore mailing it?
  23. This entire experience was asinine.
