1. Hello. I'm working on a client project. It's a cross-platform marketplace app. This must work on web and mobile, i.e., the Apple App and Google Play stores. This app will sell physical goods and a membership. I don't believe these are considered "in-app purchases." The back-end is in Laravel/PHP. This app will use Stripe to: 1) process subscriptions, 2) one-time orders, 3) save payment info to use across multiple stores on our marketplace, 4) payout accounts connected to our platform on a one-off basis based on the connected account's preference, e.g., paid everyday/weekly, 5) mass scheduled payouts to connected accounts (all at once), 6) place holds until some action releases the hold, e.g., a connected account accepts a customer order, and 7) process orders using saved payment info upon the customer clicking a notification such as an SMS or push notification that will then charge their saved payment info. I need to build this functionality natively in the back-end and front-end. It cannot use third-party libraries, I need to code it myself. I need help on how I'd do these 7 things natively using Stripe Elements or anything else directly from Stripe. I need help on how to do these 7 things using: a) Flutter, b) React (web), c) Reactive Native (mobile) and d) a PWA approach (simply to add an icon to the end-users' mobile home screen and send out push notifications) for our cross-platform marketplace's front-end. Can someone please reference all the specific technical docs from Stripe to do these 7 things using Flutter, React (web), Reactive Native (mobile), and PWA ? My clients needs to build across all of these, test and then pick one. I'd prefer an engineer from Stripe to respond. The general support channel wasn't very helpful as they're not engineers or developers. Thanks.
