10. (My statement) My account got permanently banned without a legitimate cause.
11. To whomever, it may concern. My account got permanently suspended due to "using" third-party software programs, but in reality, there wasn't any kind of misuse of 3rd party programs. So I'm surprised on why I got suspended, those are false claims. I never used illicit programs, I'm not that kind of person, but I do download a lot of recording software programs. Now, I have encountered this situation before, with league of legends. Same reason, same claims, and the suspension were removed due to the false claims that were made against me. now I know you don't disclose what kind of program was "used" but let me know if it checks out, I used a program called "Dxtory" it's a recording software, nothing is wrong with that, and I'm begging you to read this thoroughly. this might not be a coincidence, because "Dxtory" was downloaded yesterday, and I received the suspension today morning. I ought to hope to play valorant today with my friends, receiving this suspension, made me disappointed. I woke up, hoping id have a lovely morning by playing a couple of games of valorant with my friends, but all I get is a permanent suspension, due to the "usage" of third-party programs. what I'm trying to say, have another look, because I'm, not the guy you're looking for. 50. I need my account back I got banned for no reason at all and I want it back, I'm really furious. I received a hardware ban for REASON!!! yes, my tone may be a bit "aggressive" but I deserve to be angry because I'm here left with no one to solve this case. 61. We investigated the account and confirmed that this is an account that is related to the usage of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in VALORANT. Because of that the account will remain permanently suspended.

63. Most cheating account bans also come with a hardware ban, these bans are not permanent and will be periodically reviewed. At release, we reviewed all existing hardware bans and unbanned some of the less egregious offenders. We are not planning to remove any more hardware bans until our next periodic review.

I demand yall to go over it again, your so-called "riot vanguard" cheating detective system is on point, how come I got permabanned for A RECORDING PROGRAM SOFTWARE, if I'm not mistaken, a person can use a recording software program, and if that goes against your rules, almost every streamer should get banned, since they used a recording software program.

85. we both know that is rubbish, I can't believe I'm actually fighting for my account, which was banned for nothing. from what I've seen, you don't seem to care about my case, because if you actually looked deeply into it, you wouldn't have said all of this. I can easily back up my claims with proof. recorded clips from the "unauthorized" 3rd party program, which includes the audio and everything. now, we both know a true cheater wouldn't go this far with these paragraphs proving his innocence, but an innocent person does. this is morally wrong, you cant do this to a person who spent his hard-fought money on your game. of course, why should a $25 Billion dollar company care about their users.
