amazing and giving people! Because of your donations, support, encouragement and LOVE of these beautiful creatures, three are free that I was lucky enough to get out of jail persay. \nThe journey started with a plea, a plea to save helpless little lives from certain death. I headed the call as many have, journeyed from my home in Mississippi to San Antonio Texas because of your donations to support this act, ran into issuesliterally begged some folks to help and they did. They, Tom and Michelle, tjank you so much for your help getting these guys out and handed off to me. It took a few more days than we figured but here we are.\n\nPicture 1- Mon Cher- did great on the 9 hour trip home. He was scared, but once we got him in his little cat pen he settled in. His medical history says he is anorexic, depressed and wobbly. We'll know more about the wobbly when we go to the vet. He has a noticable hip dysplasia and his back lateral gait is delayed, but he sure tries to get in everyones food and probably wont be anorexic for much longer!!! He just wants love and pets, does not his at the other two cats in isolation with him. He is so sweet!!! Not a great photo but I'll work on it \n\nPicture 2- Ms Apple- She lives up to her calico heritage, she is a complainer when things arent going the way she likes!! She was so unhappy about the drive that my daughter had to put the carrier in her lap most of the ride or Apple fussed. Once we got here though, she LOVES her punk playpen and new blankets and has been so sweet, loving and gentle. Medical records state dog bite injury on her leg/ foot that required surgery. Its healing, but rough rough skin trying to heal. Im hoping the vet can help with this. We noticed when examining her the toes on that foot are not curling. Concerning but may be part of the healing- the vet will have to say. Shes super friendly, lives to be adored and is the Diva Queen of the isolation chamber!!!\n\nPicture 3- Kiki- interestingly enough- everyone said Kiki was a F. Not so. Medical records riasted him by saying he had a tiny penis and no testicles. Frustrating a bit because he waited days to cone out and he had already been nuetered. That speaks to the confusion and conflicting info given to me and others during this process of rescuing these and other guys from the list. Wecare going to change his name to Cecil, which literally means one who cant see, and call him CiCi since its so close to his given name. Medical records state he is completely blind, arthritic, wobbly, vertigo and depression. He didnt take the ride well. Lots of reassurance, soothing voices and letting him know wherecwe were at all times was necessary for his comfort. Once home and in the crate ( his playpen will be here tomorrow.
