  5.  A Tanzania safari is perfect way to spend time with your family, sharing new adventures, and building new memories that will last a lifetime. Tanzania has a huge variety of scenery and wildlife, and this is shown throughout its many national parks and reserves. The country is perhaps most famous for being home to one of the greatest wildlife shows on earth, the Great Wildebeest Migration. This amazing event occurs annually between The Serengeti plains in Tanzania and the Masai Mara in Kenya. Each year, 2 million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle migrate between the two eco systems in a search for fresh water and grazing. You can see the migration in a number of ways if you choose a luxury Tanzania safari. Other places available for you to visit during your holiday are Mount Kilimanjaro, the Ngorongoro Crater and a visit to the spice island of Zanzibar can also be added into your itinerary.
  6.  Safari Regions in Tanzania
  7.  During your Tanzania safari, you and your family will come across some of the best wildlife reserves and beautifully scenic areas in Africa. The Ngorongoro Crater is just one of these beautiful places. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the crater is the result of a huge volcano that shattered to pieces over 3 million years. Now it is a tranquil setting, and one that is filled with wildlife including herds of elephant, zebra, buffalo and big cats. Another superb place to take a safari is Lake Manyara National Park. Flowing for 50km along the Rift Valley escarpment, two thirds of the park is taking up by water and this means there are plenty of opportunities to see elephant, buffalo and zebra drinking at the water's edge. This area of Tanzania is particularly unique thanks to its alkaline lake that flocks of flamingo and numerous water birds. The Tarangire National Park boasts spectacular views of mountains and although it is a fairly quiet park, is has some of the highest numbers of elephant in Tanzania. On a Tanzania safari here you can also expect to see the likes of cheetah, leopard, lion, hyena, impala, baboon, giraffe and pythons.
  8.  A Tanzania Safari Must; The Serengeti
  9.  You will have seen the Serengeti in documentaries and photos, but visiting it is something that simply must be experienced once in your lifetime, and what better way to see it than on your next family holiday? Its endless savannah plains dotted with acacia trees are filled with roaming animals and the accommodation within the park is excellent. Covering 30,000 square kilometres, the park is probably best known for the annual wildebeest migration that takes place between the Kenya/Tanzania borders. If you plan a Tanzania safari during the migration season, you are guaranteed some breath-taking sights, whether it's the birthing of new calves, hungry predators chasing for their next meal, or a vantage point in a hot air balloon. This is an unforgettable safari experience and one only available to you in Tanzania or Kenya.
