  1.  An insomniac person is one who is experiencing the sleeping disorder called insomnia. Usually, insomniac people begin to lose weight when their disorder is already taking a few weeks in occurrence. This is due to the losing of the appetite of a person with insomnia triggered possibly by restlessness or stress which is a consequence of the disorder. This kind of effect is not desirable for this will definitely affect the life of a person most especially his career and social life.
