java -Xmx[# of mb of ram the server will have]M -Xms[# of mb of ram the server will have]M -jar [put the name of the paper or bungeecord jar here].jar nogui

example - java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar paper-1.17.1-100.jar nogui

the example will launch the paper 1.17.1 jar, and give it self 1024mb (1GB) of ram
