Anon looked out the frosted window and listened to the howling of the wind. All they could see was an endless white outside. They sighed and drew a little smiley face on the glass before returning to bed. They laid down and looked into a different endless white. Pulling Ralsie close Anon buried their face in their caprine lover’s fluffy neck. “Snow day today”, they mumble into his neck. This slowly wakes the gote up, making him mumble as he gets dragged into the reality of the slightly chilly room.
“Hmmm? Oh, is the blizzard that bad?”, Ralsie asked while patting Anon’s head. “Yeah, work send me a text to not come in today”, they said back. Ralsie pulled anon deeper into his warm fluff, “Then you get to spend all day with me!” Anon nodded into the gote’s neck, a smile creeping across their lips at the idea. “Let’s see what genera of videogames you like”, anon suggested while pulling away. Ralsie pondered the idea for a moment, before nodding in agreement.
After breakfast Anon and Ralsie retreated to their gaming den, fluffy slippers and puffy robes in tow. Ralsie plopped himself down on the love seat while anon dug up some classic snes games. They wanted to start their lover off with something easy and classic. After looking through the shelf of cartiges they pulled out Super Mario world, Mario cart, and Donkey Kong Country. They put Super Mario World in and turned the big tube TV on before taking their spot next to the goat boy.
Ralsie leaned into Anon before taking the controls and starting. Anon watched their reactions closely and saw that they didn't like stomping on the goombahs and koopahs. "We can change the game if you want", anon offered. Ralsie took their offer up after having to sacrifice Yoshi to the pit, tearing up at what they had done. Anon quickly swapped it out for Mario Cart, making a mental note not to include any games that involved killing. Ralsie enjoyed Mario Cart, getting really into it. When anon said that they had other versions that looked nicer Ralsie eagerly nodded.
Anon moved up from the Snes and moved to the N64, grabbing Mario Cart 64 and Super Smash Bros and Mario Party 3. Anon held the player on controller in their hand while they looked at the screen in shock. Ralsie had beaten them, badly, the goat celebrating next to them while playfully rubbing it in their face. “Guess you’re not as good as you think”, said the fluffy boy before sticking his tongue out at anon.
