  3. Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel. Welcome! My name is Kayla and I'm new here. I've got another healthy meal. The video for today is dedicated to five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make in advance.

  5. Currently, I have two other videos. This meal. The five make-ahead breakfast recipes, and five make-ahead lunch recipes I have shared in my prepping series. I will provide the playlist below for those of you who have not seen those and please remember that all recipes in my meal preparation series will always be gluten free.

  7. They will be paleo friendly in the majority and low carb and ketofriendly in many cases. Let's go ahead and get started. My first recipe is a blueberry muffin protein smoothie.

  9. Here's a paleo-friendly, low-carb recipe. To make this, you need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder, and almond butter, and today I'm using one of my favorite protein powders.

  11. Essentially, this is bulletproof collagen with vanilla flavor and already has a low carb sweetener mixed in. For low carb smoothies, you may need to add something like stevia if your protein powder doesn't contain that.

  13. Let's just make it even more interesting, add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until it's smooth and creamy. Now, to keep this smoothie fresh for a few days in the refrigerator, simply add a splash of fresh lemon juice and it'll be good to go. Next on my list is the silky green matcha smoothie.

  15. Usually paleo recipes do not have bananas, but you can make this one low-carb. Simply remove the banana and add more avocado. Here's what I have to say. There is going to be nut milk, avocado, banana, spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder that you're going to need.

  17. All food ingredients should be combined in a blender and blended until smooth. You can print all of these recipes from my blog. This is one of my favorites, so I'm leaving it below for all of you.

  19. You're right. Matcha powder has a lot of health benefits and can boost the strength of your economic system. Does my cacao energize me? Smoothie that's low in carbs, paleo and low in sugar. The ingredients for this dish include unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

  21. My favorite reason for adding coconut oil or MCT oil to my smoothies is because these medium chain fatty acids may aid in fat burning. This if you are craving chocolate, and I even enjoy drinking this smoothie after lunch, or during the day if I need a boost of energy or moving to more smoothies.

  23. We're going to make my matcha beet smoothie to energize us. We recommend this one for paleo diets. You will need unsweetened almond milk, a small beet banana, flaxseeds, oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder.

  25. If you're not a fan of beets, you'll have to take my word for it. The banana not only adds to the taste, but beets provide a lot of nutritional benefits and contain a powerful antioxidant called betasirin.

  27. That can help to clarify toxins from your liver and to remove fat deposits from your bloodstream, and everyone knows that a healthy liver equals a healthy metabolism, which equals optimal fat burning, so I genuinely believe you should do that.

  29. If you try this smoothie, you will be surprised at how delicious it is. Let me share my fat-burning tumeric smoothie with you. This one is low carb, paleo and low carb, but the turmeric is strong so start slowly.

  32. For this recipe, you will need unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger. Both turmeric and ginger can assist in boosting metabolism, cleansing the body and reducing inflammation.

  34. It's really good. I love drinking it. In case I ate a little too much the day before, it can help reduce bloating and inflammation fast. Once again you want to start slowly, particularly if you aren't used to the taste of turmeric and ginger.

  45. Hey there, I wanted to let you know what results I've had using a diet called the smoothie diet. As of yesterday, I began my diet. My weight had risen more than 70 pounds total throughout two pregnancies, and I tried many ways to lose it, but nothing seemed to work.

  47. The smoothie diet is so easy to follow, and I was getting cranky just trying to follow everything, or I was hungry all the time. It's basically just making smoothies to replace certain meals, which taste great.
