  1. So, because you're moving into an apartment, your options may be limited to what the apartment has installed. I'm not sure.

  3. Besides that, it appears you really only have two options; Xfinity or CenturyLink. There's also MediaCom, but they appear to be very sparse.
  4.
  5. Both Xfinity and CenturyLink offer speeds up to 1000 Mbps download (more than you'd ever need) and offer some form of TV, Xfinity offering the most.
  6.
  7. Xfinity will push you to bundle and save, lock you in a contract, and up your charges every year. They will push you to rent their equipment and they have data caps. (1TB, which you will likely never hit).

  9. CenturyLink offers fiber, which will allow you to have much better upload speeds, but that may not be important to you. They don't lock you in a contract, there's no data cap, the bill remains the same month after month, and, at least for me, they include their equipment, free if charge.

  11. All that said, I love CenturyLink and hate Xfinity. I have 1000 down, 1000 up, and no data caps. But I don't have TV, either. I get it by other means. One of which being an antenna.

  13. However, for what you'd need, Xfinity just may work better for you. You don't need crazy fast internet, I'm assuming. And you'd never hit their cap. Plus, they offer the most TV options. But, if I were you, I'd look seriously into what CenturyLink has to offer. You can likely get it much cheaper and the service should be as good or better.
