The rules are available on the Mojang website However, what they mean is fewer restrictions on the creation and selling game-related items as well as other items that can be monetized. Make sure you communicate with your customers that Mojang is not involved in the sales of items that impact on gameplay, and that you don't charge real money for the currency in game.
