  1. The Administrative Assistant will provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to the CEO’s office. Assisting with heavy scheduling and day-to-day office needs. The ideal individual will have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. This role has the ability to grow into a full-time position.

  4. Key Responsibilities:

  6. Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues
  7. Arrange travel and accommodations for CEO and executives
  8. Draft and prepare email correspondence
  9. Manage the Executive's contact database
  10. Assist with preparation of weekly expense reports
  11. Coordinate team and cross-functional offsite meetings through coordination with hotels, vendors, agenda planning, and logistics.
  12. Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
  13. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  14. Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  15. Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.

  17. Skills and Qualifications:

  19. 3+ years of related experience required in working in an administrative assistant role.
  20. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  21. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  22. Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
