  3. I'm happy to be back on my channel. Greetings, I'm Kayla and I'm happy to have you here. Therefore, I ate another healthy meal. I am sharing five fat-burning breakfast smoothies that you can make in advance today.

  5. Currently, I have two other videos. During this meal. In the prep series, I've shared five make-ahead breakfast and lunch recipes. If you haven't seen those playlists, here's a link to that playlist, and please note that all recipes in this series are 100% gluten-free.

  7. Many of them will also be low carb, low sugar, and keto-friendly. Right, let's get to work. First up, I'm sharing a recipe for a blueberry muffin protein smoothie.

  9. Here's a paleo-friendly, low-carb recipe. Unless you've got envious taste buds, you can put a tablespoon of unsweetened, almond milk, frozen blueberries, unsweetened, chia seeds, a high quality protein powder and almond butter in your recipe.

  11. Basically, it is the bulletproof collagen protein in vanilla flavor, but it already has low-carb sweetener. Then, if your protein powder does not have stevia, then you may be able to add it to the low carb smoothies.

  14. Let's make it a little sweeter then, by adding all your ingredients to the blender. You're going to blend it until it's smooth. Now, to preserve this smoothie for a few days, add a little lemon juice and we're good to go; next up is my lean green matcha smoothie.

  16. Adding avocado and removing the banana makes this paleo, but you can also make it low-carb by leaving it out altogether. Here we go. You will need almond milk unsweetened, banana, spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

  20. Yes, it is. Smoothies with matcha powder are energizing, and they boost your capitalism on a daily basis. Where can I find energizing cacao? Make this healthy mocha smoothie low in carbs and paleo. The ingredients are unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

  22. Adding MCT oil or coconut oil to my smoothies can increase fat burning since they are both medium chain, fatty acids. This if you are craving chocolate, and I've even taken this smoothie in the afternoons, especially when I need to pick myself up and move on to the next smoothie.

  24. Our recipe is for my energizing matcha beet smoothie. It's paleo-friendly. Almond milk, a small beet banana, oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are all needed.

  26. If you're not a fan of beets, then you 'Ll just have to trust me on this. Be sure to include the banana to make it more delicious, and beets contain a powerful antioxidant called betasirner, which makes them extra nutritious.

  28. Those can help to eliminate liver toxins and blood fat deposits, and we all know that a healthy liver means an optimal metabolism, resulting in optimal fat burning, so I honestly think you'd benefit from those methods.

  30. It's a great smoothie to try, so give it a try. Finally, I am sharing my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. Tumeric is a super-powerful antioxidant, but it's also very potent so it's best to start slowly and increase the dosage as you progress.

  32. Almond milk, ground chia seeds, coconut oil (or MCT oil), protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger (ground) will all be required. Both turmeric and ginger can assist in boosting metabolism, cleansing the body and reducing inflammation.

  34. This smoothie is my favorite. It is fantastic for reducing bloating and inflammation after overeating the day before. You should start very slowly when using ginger and turmeric if you are not used to them.
