  3.  Have you ever asked by yourself "If it is the truth… is it gossip?" I have many instances. I have wondered in which to draw the line and what is appropriate to say and what is wrong. I have kept my mouth shut when I need to have explained some thing. My lack of communication led to a full blown storm in the workplace. I have also said anything when I should have kept my mouth shut. It feels great for a minute, but can final for a lifetime.
  4.  The thing is, gossip is polarizing. No doubt about it. It does not draw folks in, it separates individuals. It does not improve believe in, it dissolves it. It does not serve a objective, it serves a person. But what do we do then? Need to we keep as far away from it as feasible? Should the pendulum swing in the opposite route and steer far far away? Need to we merely not say something to any person?
