  1. It seems like everyone is eager to use colors to identify people. First that one girl did it, then other people started doing it, then you did it, so I followed your lead... I thought it was a good idea to kind of help keep things in order here, too.
  2.
  3. :bulletwhite: I'm trying to cover all the bases, so this may seem a little scattered; apologies in advance. Also apologies for the text-wall that's coming at you. ;)
  4.
  5. :bulletred: There were a few qwirks that made me wonder about maybe those girls were one person, but in looking more closely, I found there wasn't enough evidence. The art was big fat "exhibit A", though.
  6.
  7. :bulletred: I dismissed the "similar art" evidence when I looked at others who have similar styles. Fact is, Teen Titans has an incredibly simplistic style. Sometimes it annoys me to draw in that style cuz I get this itch to add more detail, and much as I love anime, sometimes I just don't care for it. I can drudge up many people who's art looks the way those two girl's do (and in trying to prove them guilty, I did just that... damn, I only dis proved the guilt) with some slight differences per person, simply because the TT art style is so simple and easy. Anime is partly to blame, anyone who's half decent can draw anime.
  8.
  9. :bulletwhite: I'll be frank, I don't sive a shit about someone making a sock or two (or twenty-seven :giggle: ) it's kinda stupid in my opinion, like they don't have anythng better to do? But it's their life, so whatever. Just if they use it for bullshit that it bothers me.
  10.
  11. :bulletred: I actually wondered if the Anara person was someone I knew, cuz her logic sounded familiar, like how she uses the word "relevant" (me and my friends use that term a lot) but then again I've met people who tend to sound the same as each other offline and online. Hell, my high school bully sounded so much like me, someone actually said, right there in the school careferia, "hey, you two talk the same!" and we hadn't known each other long. I know I didn't talk any different, and none of her old friends said she talked different, so no one was copying anyone else.
  12.
  13. :bulletyellow: This just comes down to my theory about "psychological species," which I'll try not to ramble about outside of a nutshell. Basically, everyone has a mental species and they all have the same mental functions, but with slightly different attitudes to express it. All serial killers are the same, everyone suffering the same mental retardations sound the same, all abusive husbands sound the same, all brainless preppies sound the same--it's more obvious in the extreme cases (such as serial killers and mentally handicapped people) but regular people are the same. I just met my cousin, Miles, last week, haven't seen him since he was four, and I swear to f***ing creation he sounded exactly like my little brother. Miles has a high-pitched voice where my brother Nick has a deep gruff voice, but the things they say, shit man, they may as well have been the same person! And they're both in their mid-twenties and haven't seen each other in almost two decades! (Nick wasn't at the reunion where Miles came in last week--it was funny telling him "hey, we saw Miles, and dude, he sounde JUST like you!")
  14.
  15. :bulletyellow: Psychological species. We all have one, and we're unfortunately the same as the others in our species. I say "unfortunate" cuz I prize my unique individuality. I hate thinking I'm just like the rest of those in my species.
  16.
  17. :bulletyellow: Same can easily be said of artists and skill level. I study people, been doing it my whole life, and studying artist styles is something we all do when we're trying to find our own unique style.
  18.
  19. :bulletpink: I do see the similarities in Dusty and Anara's art styles, and honestly--I don't think they're the same psychological species unless the "one person" who runs both accounts is either suffering multiple personality disorder or they're an actor who should be making millions on the big screen. They do sound similar when they're dealing with a troll or something, but that's just friends reading each other's comments (which they admit to) to back each other up--something any two friends would do. The last little load of shit Anara was actually begging Dusty not to be involved, they had a mini argument over it, nothing big, I've seen them have worse fights ;) I can show you the screenshots (they tried to hide the comments, but I saw them too soon :mwahaha: ) if I can dig them up.
  20.
  21. :bulletwhite: I can't tell you all the comments I went stalking, looking at their personalities, seeing through the words, double-checking what I thought I was seeing to make sure It was or wasn't wrong.
  22.
  23. :bulletgreen: I think Dusty is mentally handicapped. Maybe not much, but enough that it shows in her comments. She sounds focused on her path, way more than regular people (certain mental handicapps do give that "perk" that's also a burden) yet then she has her inability to grasp things that a million people, Anara included, have to tell her "no no--it's this way." Common for someone who's mind is literally retarded. they have strong focus on what they're doing, but don't think it through. But don't get me wrong--I don't think she's incapable of understanding her actions, so she should not be excused from them--I'm not saying that, I just noticed she has a hard time grasping things. Then again, that might be the "dumb teen" factor. I wasn't that thick headed as a teen, but I know people who were. For the time being, I'm seeing, and treating, Dusty as a slightly mentally handicapped person--but keep that under your hat, ne? ;)
  24.
  25. :bulletred: Anara-nthine is... angry. I think she's got a lot of repression building up, maybe from her difficult home life, maybe not, maybe she was bullied in school (I have no proof of that, just casting possibilities out there) so she's bitter about it, and it shows in her treatment of people like Yinspd or that time she jumped about you cussing out Dusty or when KestrelPhantomWitch went postal on that one guy. Dusty jumps because she's... well... retarded, and it shows. Anara had anger, but she doesn't cling to it, she expresses remourse and empathy, if she's given reason
  26. to. Maybe lying, but I see no proof of it. Then they're willing to apologize for hurting anyone.
  27.
  28. :bulletwhite: But it's interesting how they've both learned. If they were just socks, they'd have abandoned long ago, pointing a finger at Yin and bailing to make another account and start again--at least that's what logic dictates. Common sense.
  29.
  30. :bulletpink: A few things made me wonder if they were the same person at first. Yes the art (you'd have to be blind not to notice), they did join near the same time (but so did lots of others), they never seem to disagree (wait--that's not totally true, I've seen them argue, but usually they agree with each other), they sometimes are online at the same time (er.. that kinda proves their innocence, and lots of people live in the same timezone), both their OCs love Red X (true lots of teens get the same crush, but on dA anyone claiming to love Red X I look at suspiciously as a possible Yinspd-hate-driven-sock), and they both do that emote box thing. But, lots of people do that, using Anara's bases for them. When she made them for GlitterStar, of Maria, GlitterStar loved using them.
  31.
  32. :bulletwhite: Basically, there is evidence that they're the same person, but most of it is totally normal as "coincidence." Many people join deviantART daily, the Teen Titan cartoon is wildly popular still, Red X is seen as romantic because he hit on Starfire and he looks cool (that's my experience in psychology talking, but anyone who thinks that Red X is really Jason Todd, even as a maybe, is so fucking stupid), and the art style is simple to follow.
  33.
  34. :bulletwhite: Back to the art, which is pretty literally the only real piece of evidence.
  35.
  36. :bulletred: I've seen Anara talking to others about her art style and she seems easily intimidated by showing her real stuff. She says she can draw flat things, like cloth and wrinkles, but she needs the bases to fill out the characters bodies otherwise they look like stick figures. I didn't want to laguh at her, but dude have you seen her attempt at a chibi without a base? :lmao: It was so shitty! The thing looked like an aquatic vampire spawn going to eat you in your sleep.
  37.
  38. :bulletred: Actually numerous people have asked her why she uses bases, and it's the same excuse; she knows everything (well, she didn't say "everything") except things like curves and other "bulges" (I can't remember what she called them, I think she said "bulges" or "bumps") so she admits to knowing all the other stuff like lining (with a base for the bulges, at least--and seriously, anyone can trace lines) folds aren't hard since she's good at "flat", effects are done by the art program, not by the artist themselves. Get the right app and all you have to do is set it to "stars effect" or whatever you want to call the function, since some of them you can name yourself. I don't have access to those kinds of programs, but know a lot of people who do (lucky bastards) and even I use the easy shit in GIMP sometimes for fading effects. I've seen what photoshop can do, though I have no idea how the program works.
  39.
  40. :bulletred: I've seen the blood, but I thought she traced that? I only saw one bloody image and the blood was in the base, she didn't add that, I don't think. Oh wait--there was a second bloody base, but she traced the blood again, though I did see she scribbled some shitty attempt at extra blood on her OC, but it was obviously just scribbled and dots, no real skill at all. I've never seen any other fluids, honestly, where did she have those? I just saw the bloody two where her OC was dead or something, but the blood was on the base she used. The shading I noticed and, like you, it was on my list of "striking similarities" with Dusty's art, but then I noticed that Anara's earlier deviations didn't have that shadowing unless it was already in the base. Only later did she start using shadows and said she found a way to add shadows using a trick in an art app. Just more app gimmicks, like with GIMP. Dusty's art always had the shading to it from the beginning, and didn't she join dA before Anara? So why wouldn't Anara's art have the shading from the beginning? Sounds more like maybe Dusty gave her some tips--but I'm speculating on that, I admit I don't know the reasons. What I do know is that the shading wasn't in Anara's early works.
  41.
  42. :bulletred: The only thing on your list I'm not getting at all is "props." When does she do props? Like objects and stuff? She can draw cloth, folded or other, because it's flat and she says she can do flat things easily, but other than that, the only "props" I've ever seen in her gallery were things she traced. Like I said, any dumbass can trace. She did make a treasure chest for a folder icon, so I figure that's a "prop", but it's not hard to find a box to trace. Any "prop" she may have done was so shitty, it really only proves she can't draw. Seriously, look at the moon she made for that kissing deviation, then the cherryblossom treetops (damn that was shitty looking), then a forest background in another base, but if you look at the screenshot she was tracing, she traced the trees too, just adding in some really shitty looking bushes, and even her trying to make "magic", you can tell all she did was wiggle a thick brush down the screen, then use the eraser, also big, to clip out pieces of the sides. It ended up looking like strips of purple swiss cheese  That's not skill, sweetie, that's someone cutting corners cuz they don't know jack shit about drawing.
  43.
  44. :bulletred: The designs themselves, like outfits, are just creativity (unless she's stealing the ideas from someone else--I haven't seen proof, but if you have, I'd love to hear it ;) ) so those don't prove she can or can't draw. Anyone can suck at drawing but have good design ideas (er--I shouldn't phrase it that way cuz I don't like some of Anara's designs ^^; they're... gaudy sometimes :puke: but not all bad).
  45.
  46. :bulletred: She does change the faces around decently well, but she admits to being good at faces. One picture she brags she didn't use a base for at all, a face, but she says she would have made it a full-body if she could draw the "bulges" of the body without a base.
  47.
  48. :bulletred: I'm not clairvoyant, so maybe she's lying, but I can't find proof. Anything that looks like proof is so commonplace and easily explained that it can't even cause doubt, when you do the math. I think you're right that she's hiding behind bases, but she admits that. She thinks she'd suck too much without them, so she uses them. It's pathetic, but it's actually true of a lot of people--not the bases part, but the part where someone is really insecure about a gift they have. So scared, they won't even develop it. Did you know Glee-Chan won't do commissions because she doesn't think she's good enough? Have you SEEN her gallery?? She could make TONS of points on commissions! It's not uncommon for talented people to have little faith in their own talent. Glee is an example. Anara is easily another example.
  49.
  50. :bulletwhite: Moving back to the topic.
  51.
  52. :bulletwhite: Other socks, I've noticed, don't do much with the galleries. How many pieces of art do you regularly see in a sock's gallery? Almost nothing, from what I've noticed. The people running the account know it's a fake account, so they don't put real effort into even submtting numbers (I don't know extensive sock habits, but I know what I've see and I know psychology). Look at Dusty and Anara's galleries--full of deviations. Just how much f***ing time of day does one person have to make ALL that art? And the emotes? At one point Dusty contacted me to offer Anara's emote account as a service so that she could upload my icons for people to use without the mentions bothering me, but I was paranoid and didn't trust her with my art (do they steal art?), so I used one of my plz accounts as my own emote acount, but even that account is something I can't really keep up with. They have how many emotes? DUDE, I only WISH I had that kind of time in a day! I wouldn't spend it on emotes, I'd be reading comics out the ass. And I don't even have a job (trying to get one though) so I've got most of the day after job searching and taking care of my grandmother in the mornings, and I still don't have THAT kind of time!
  53.
  54. :bulletwhite: This person would have to have no life in order to maintain two galleries of that size, each, and even then I wonder if it's possible. They'd have a social life, and if you're right, they only made socks cuz Yin pissed them off, that would mean they were here on an main account, right? They have to have a main account, get to know Yinspd, she pisses them off, then they make the socks. That's three galleries that they're loading up with art. Damn, someone like that would have to be genuinely crazy or vindictive as f*** (which can constitute as crazy) to do that all when it's fake. Nevermind the story they have written for their OCs. Have you read the bios? Dusty has, what, five stories that explain every little thing? Anara-nthine only has one, I think, maybe two, and if I recall correctly, she asked someone else to write up the second one.
  55.
  56. :bulletpink: Then there's the My Little Pony art. Lately, Dusty has been making MLP fanart (it's... well, in my opinion it's creepy and ugly, but don't tell anyone I said that). But speaking of Dusty's art, you do know that Dusty did the base that Anara uses for her clothes, right? I mean, Anara-nthine didn't make that nude base with one foot on the colored crystal box, but Anara asked her to since she herself couldn't make a picture on her own with the "bulges" in place. I don't think Anara's incapable of making her own art look good, I just think she's inexperienced and lacking in confidence. She could do it if she put her mind to it, but go figure teenage angst. 9_9
  57.
  58. :bulletpink: Oh right, another point... I've seen an awful lot of conversations that Dusty's had with Anara. This person, if it's just one person, would really have to be insanely good as a role player to pull off some of this shit. They've just had too many conversations to be one person, unless we're talking, like I said, about someone who could make millions being a professional actor. They've argued, they've asked for help from each other, they've had miscommunications... it's just been too much to be the same person, doing all that, making all that art, talking to random people who comments on either account, art trades, requests... way way too much going on. It's got to be two people. Even if they're both socks (which I doubt), it can't be just one person.
  59.
  60. :bulletpink: It strikes me as strange... if they're the same person, think about it, they go through all those lengths to pretend they have different personalities, different ways of typing, different preferences, and all that's pretty intricate. If it's one person, that's smart enough. But to then have a similar art style? They're smart enough to sound different, but stupid enough to make that art mistake? :giggle: It don't add up, Watson. And if you look at their art, it's different enough. Anara's is clearly only able to wiggle the brush strokes for the sheen on hair, etc, but Dusty actually has the sheen looking sharp and jagged, then her shadows are much more detailed, and Anara doesn't do elements like Wind, Water, or anything. Her OC is supposed to control smoke (or some other lame-ass shit) but when do we see that? We don't cuz, likely, she can't draw smoke.
  61.
  62. :bulletwhite: Yeah, I thought about them being the same person, too, just cuz they back each other up every time (but then again, don't we all back our friends up?) and the art was suspiciously similar, but the odds are against it, with the full range of evidence being factored in.
  63.
  64. :bulletwhite: Maybe you know the sock account game, and honestly no I don't know it (all my extra accounts, I admit to openly), but I know people. Even if their art is "too similar", other artists look the same as they do, too, at least enough to pass as "close enough" (they can't be every one of those active people at once), and their personalities don't match. They aren't even close. They have the same morals, but I know literally dozens of people with the same morals, not even just on deviantART.
  65.
  66. :bulletpink: I think I know the conversation you're talking about where Dusty said "well I'm not even a sock," it was with that chick who had the ice-power OC right? A username of all caps? Yeah, I tried to read all the conversations going on and some people were telling her that the ice OC person was just a sock. I thought that's why she said "well I'm not even a sock." But I only saw the public comments, so maybe things happened differently in notes-? If someone else told her your friend's account was a sock, then that would explain why she thought it was a sock. I won't swear to that, cuz I'm trying to remember specifically what was said and by who, but I think someone publicly told Dusty it was a sock.
  67.
  68. :bulletwhite: I don't mind if you want to believe they're the same person, or socks, but for me, I just need more proof. Sorry. There's way too much that can be explained too easily and too realistically for me to make accusations at this point.
  69.
  70. :bulletwhite: Bottom line, though, there's too much evidence against them being socks. I'm willing to admit if I'm wrong on that.
  71.
  72. :bulletpink: Another "bottom line"-? If they're socks then they won't be playing nice much longer. They'll be out to nail someone eventually, unless they're not faking anything. If they're one person, only there to to damage, they'll have to be starting some drama soon with someone. Otherwise why have the account? It's been some time since the last disaster, they can't be keeping it up all nice for much longer. ;) Like I said, unless they're not faking and they really are real people who just happen to have some things in common. So it's a "wait and see" game. If they pounce, if they don't... then we'll have a bit more evidence, maybe. But they have to be given the chance, otherwise we'll never know.
  73.
  74. :bulletwhite: I just keep shaking my head... three whole galleries... damn, I couldn't do it. Not like that.
  75.
  76. :bulletblue: Another key here is that everything I've seen points to Yin starting the shit. I haven't seen one single thing where they picked the fight with her. She always starts the shit, and they always react to it (unless I've missed something, like arguments in notes that I can't see). If she starts nothing, they can't touch her without looking bad themselves, and if she blocks them for doing nothing, she gets screwed.
  77.
  78. :bulletblue: That, and white knights need to f*** off, let Yin deal with her own shit, cuz I'm gunna start popping in on those little Aquos asspatters if I see much more of that bullshit. Yinspd always looks like trash when her dogs go at people for her, then her enemies have the advantage against her. The knights are being morons, and what if the people they're targeting aren't socks or trolls, like the knights think? Then they're just harassing innocent people. I agree with things BBG's said in journals--let the people involved deal with their own fucking shit. Outsiders need to back the truck up and leave it.
  79.
  80. :bulletpink: I have no idea what you're talking about with the friendship wedding, except I hear Dusty talking about it sometimes (I'm not aware of the origin, but she does say it came from someone else). I don't talk to them unless something comes up or they come to me first, which doesn't happen almost ever, but I don't think Dusty knew it was a joke. ^^; I haven't seen anything on Anaran-thine's part to say she knew anything either, as I figure she'd tell Dusty at some point. It all looked like Dusty started in about it and Anara went along. Maybe they didn't understand the way it was explained, so they thought it really was real-? Or they're just really stupid. I'm in favor of the "they're stupid" vote. I honestly think they're dumb teens who made a shitload of mistakes and are finally learning from them.
  81.
  82. :bulletwhite: Personally, I know of some really old "binding rituals" that are like marriages, but it's like African or tribal stuff where it's just people who are close (friends, sibblings, open to anyone that has a bond), and their "marriages" are totally separate. As a part of the Yautja/predator fandom, I've seen people make up those kinds of rituals for fanfictions for years. I have no idea if Dusty or Amara have heard of these "platonic marriages" before your joke, but from what I've seen around, I don't think they did. :lmao: maybe they were too stupid to get the joke.
  83.
  84. :bulletorange: As far as Random Rabid, I'm on the fence. He's too nice to too many people to actually be a troll. Now trolls, I definitely know. ;) I'm on another site where pretty much everyone is a troll, except some of the noobs who won't be there long, trust me. I usually just bitch about DC comics there, but the other people there just go at it like warring wolves against eachother. A couple of them are so damn good at trolling alone, damn they set the bar high. These people have been going at it for over ten years, in some cases. I can tell you from experience that trolls (the more skilled ones) only keep up the act long enough to lure someone into a false sense of security, then they start disagreeing with whatever you like. The REALLY skilled trolls can keep that act up like you wouldn't believe. "What was it I said? I just didn't like the same movie as them, I can't say so?" Lure in the next victim; "what shows do you like? MLP? That show is horrible. What was it I said? I just didn't like the same shows as them, I wasn't trolling." Now calling victim number seventeen---victim seventeen, to the front of the line, please. Course there are different kinds of trolls, but actually ask any of my friends "does Scintillant-H know anything about trolls?" then watch them laugh their f***ing asses off cuz they know I deal with trolls all the f***ing time. I love it! :D
  85.
  86. :bulletorange: Random Rabid doesn't fit the posting pattern of a troll, especially lately. It's possible he was one nearer the beginning, but I'm only saying that because I'm not clairvoyant and his behavior can be construed, even if inaccurately, as trolling. And I'm consulting a few others on that, too. They agree he's weird and with a questionable past, but he hasn't been bothering anyone lately, and everyone's got the right to change.
  87.
  88. :bulletorange: I figure I can see how Random Rabid's icon could be seen as trolling, "look at the Titans in pain--watch characters you love suffering," but that's kind of twisting it a bit to say it's definite trolling just from the icon. By the way--his neckbearding? Really sucks. :giggle: He doesn't even sound effectively midevil, or even Jane-Austin-y.
  89.
  90. :bulletwhite: Like I said, I'll be fine if someone can prove me wrong, but I'm going to look at evidence thoroughly. And... heh, you know, if Dusty is as malicious as you, like you say, and she's a creep, then you're a creep too. :giggle: Difference being, she's just a teen who's likely going to grow out of it, and you're an adult. Sorry, just... had to point that out... you tend to contradict yourself, you know. No offense.
  91.
  92. :bulletblack: Then there's the fact that Yinspd has done far worse things than either of these two girls has done at all. I actually read one of them say "if Yinspd can be forgiven for all the things she's done, why not anyone else?" I laughed so f***ing hard when she said that, and shit man, she's right! Yin stole art, not just OCs but actual art, stole bases, refused to credit, carelessly drove multiple people to leaving deviantART, including a number of Jason Todd accounts and Titan ask/RP accounts, stalked, harassed, shouted and screamed at other Red X OC couples, manipulated, backstabbed friends (still going on, by the way)... and here she has a series of white knights saying "let the past go, we forgive Yinspd, but not anyone else!" BAHAHAHA! Fucking hypocrites, I love it! I know it upsets the girls, but I personally find it funny. :lmao:
  93.
  94. :bulletpink: These girls are stupid, but learning. Getting haters isn't going to encourage change, especially with that logic always there; "why is it Yinspd can be forgiven but no one else?" If they're going to walk around vomiting that bullshit, then they can eat that bullshit, too.
  95.
  96. :bulletwhite: If you ever have actual evidence against these kids, let me know. But also know that I'm going to analyze it. I've had people tell me they want my opinion or to tell them if their OCs are Mary Sues, and I always have to say "okay, dude, but... just be able to take it when I analyze this have have things to say that you don't like." Same goes for this. I want to know this shit, but don't be annoyed with me when my logic takes things apart. Unless it would really bother you, then I'll just not say what I conclude in my analysis. :) I'd still like to hear the evidence, though.

  99.
  100. PS;
  101. I'm going to ask Anara to draw Slade without a base to see if I can get her to. If she is really that insecure, I'll tell her to post it in stash, just so I can see it. I was going to ask for Madame Rouge so she'd have to draw the curves of a woman's body, but anyone who knows me would say "Hal... why do you want her?" since Slade is my favorite character. That, and Slade is so muscular, Anara should have a hard time of it with all those "bulges," if she really can't hack it like she says she can't. :lmao: I feel so mean finding this funny... er, yeah, please keep all this to yourself. ^^; I'm not a horrible person, but I don't want to scare these kids, you know, if they really are just stupid teens and not trolls or sock accounts.
