  1. I've been jogging all of my life. But recently, I needed to adapt to Covid and pandemics, lockdowns etc. So, I began to run indoors. I've also started biking inside, this amazing stationary bike is simply extraordinary.. You can ride on the paths of exotic nations or landscapes, even planets thanks to the digital display. The app also offers a 360-degree gopro-like view of the trail. While it can be distracting it can also make it very easy to lose everything and fall off the treadmill.

  3. It's much easier for me to keep my running and biking sessions on time. What exactly do I mean? I use only a small number of songs that are selected by me based on their beats per hour. I am a sound gear geek. I'm a fan of all sorts of music. I also belong to a specific group. There's a huge selection of dance music that I enjoy, making it easy to pick from. I start by listening to slower music. Songs with 80 to 90 BPM let me warm-up and increase the energy level. Gradually, I increase the BPM to songs by 5-10 beats/minute, and then I slow down at 130-140 based on how I feel. Repeat. Sometimes I'll add trampoline. It's enjoyable to exercise in the house. My wife watches me with a keen eye, which is annoying, but she doesn’t notice.

  5. My exercise mix, or running mix is approximately 2 hours long. Since it builds in a way that is so well, I complete my runs faster than I have ever before. It is extremely easy and recommended to increase your speed with less effort. Slowly, round-by-round I speed up the workout and finish it in a couple of seconds less. I also like watching television, listening music and reading about news as I do this. It helped me shed 10, maybe 15% of my weight already. I'm working to be the ideal model for those who promote that living inside does not necessarily make you look fat or unattractive. It's not true. It's not the truth. If you are capable of spending more time with your body, it will improve and you'll last longer.

  7. Youtube has a variety of music to keep me running. I use MP3 converter to convert it. It's easy to use to type in BPM I'm looking for and it gives me a few choices, I select the ones I know and like and then look for songs that are faster as well as quicker.. After that, I combine all the songs into one mix and play them while I exercise. Youtube to mp3 converter provides 2 choices. Both create high-quality mp3 files that have about 320kbps sound. It's a totally free website. It has its own web-based application. I can add it to either my phone, or my windows computer. It's also possible to use the phone. I can now download mp3s from Youtube directly to my phone and it's virtually no spending of data as I can do this on wifi without limits. These web-based applications are extremely simple to use. They allow websites to look like bookmarks, however they also work offline.

  10. It's a lot of fun to experiment with different music in my home. more info here I can just bring up my beats mixer and see the BPM I'm actually listening to currently, and discover a better match - faster or slower songs or increase or decrease the speed the music I am currently playing. When I'm planning to make it for a long duration, I typically download long DJ-live mixes from Youtube. They typically sound fantastic. The beginnings slow and then become more rapid. These mixes include a measure of the DJ to ensure that the music is as quick or slow as it ought to be. I don't think you have to download Youtube videos or convert them to mp3. But if it is commonplace and you don't mind, why shouldn't it be? Don't give away any of your downloads with anyone.
